Beginning Cheese Making will teach you the basics of soft cheese making, including sanitation, preparation of ingredients, equipment, and helpful techniques. You will learn how to produce a variety of soft cheeses, including chèvre, ricotta, fromage blanc, then work up to mozzarella and feta

Can You Dig It :: Plant Propagation
Gardening and Lifestyle Workshops by Monterey Bay Master Gardeners.

Few things are more fulfilling in the garden than propagating plants. Whether you plant from seed, start from a cutting or divide a plant's root system, there is great satisfaction in expanding your garden through propagation. You will learn about the proper soil mix for propagation, taking cuttings that have a high probability of successfully 'taking', and learn about water practices that avoid over or under watering. Master Gardener, Bonnie Pond, will be the instructor.
