Lettuces, spinach, haricot vert beans, Early Girl tomatoes, English and Japanese cucumbers, green onions, cilantro, parsley, mizuna, Asian red mustard, spinach, and Italian, Thai, and purple basils.
The Nagamine’s produce is grown in greenhouses year-round, so plants that normally stretch out in fields are grown vertically.
