Wise Goat Organics will be adding another sticker to their roster of Good Food Award winning products – this time for their amazing Golden Sauerkraut! This nutrient-dense kraut has tangy and savory notes of turmeric, ginger, mustard, and several exotic Ayurvedic spices.
The Good Food awards represent a community that prioritize sustainability, healthy innovation and responsibly sourced ingredients. With over 2,000 entries each year, the competition is fierce for a Good Food Award.
Beckmann’s Bakery, renowned for their old world style artisan breads, pastries, and delicious pies for over 25 years, came home from the national American Pie Council competition held in Orlando, Florida, with three more blue ribbons to add to the stack! Their Berry Bomb Pie, Cherry Pie, and Peach Pie were the winners in the Super Gourmet category. They use all butter for their pie crust and locally sourced fruit for their pies.
The American Pie Council is committed to preserving America’s pie heritage and promoting the nation’s love affair with the all-American dessert. APC members include professional and amateur bakers, as well as industry suppliers and pie lovers.
