Join us for our From Market to Table cooking demonstrations at the Aptos Farmers Market, where local professional chefs and caterers will showcase seasonal cooking using locally sourced produce from our market. These events will take place on the third Saturday of each month, from May through September, starting at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m.

Our first guest chef will be the talented Chef Hannah Cook from Coming Home Personal Chef Services on Saturday, May 18. We are honored to have her back again this year – the Mushroom Parmesan Risotto with Fresh Herbs she demonstrated last year became one of the most downloaded recipes on our companion website Edible Paradise!

Hannah, a Montana native, grew up cherishing Sunday family dinners and kitchen chats with her mom. After exploring California and studying Anthropology in Santa Barbara, her passion for cooking led her to the Oregon Culinary School in Portland, where she graduated with honors. Drawn back to Monterey, she founded Coming Home Personal Chef Services in 2016. Now, she delights in helping families to come together over a great meal and helps to show them that eating well using fresh, local ingredients is easier than they think.
