MBCFM > Market News > Seasonal Farmers Markets Close

As the crisp air of fall settles in and the holidays approach, our farmers markets are overflowing with nature’s finest harvest! From juicy apples, pears, persimmons, and pomegranates to hearty Brussels sprouts, squash, pumpkins, eggplants, dates, nuts, and dried fruit—there’s no better time to stock up on these seasonal gems.

Seasonal Market Closures
The Carmel Farmers Market at The Barnyard (Tuesdays) and the Del Monte Farmers Market (Sundays) have now closed their stalls for the season. We thank our shoppers, farmers, and vendors for making these markets a vibrant part of our community and look forward to welcoming you back next spring!

Where to Shop Year-Round
But don’t fret—fresh, local food is always in season! Two of our markets remain open every week, year-round, rain or shine:

These markets are bursting with seasonal produce, freshly baked breads and pastries, locally made cheeses, pasture-raised meats, fresh-caught seafood, flowers, plants, and artisanal goods. Whether you’re planning holiday meals, looking for unique gifts, or simply craving fresh flavors, our year-round markets have you covered.
