As the crisp air of fall settles in and the holidays approach, our farmers markets are overflowing with nature’s finest harvest! From juicy apples, pears, persimmons, and pomegranates to hearty Brussels sprouts, squash, pumpkins, eggplants, dates, nuts, and dried fruit, there’s no better time to stock up on these seasonal gems.
Seasonal Farmers Markets Close
While the Carmel Farmers Market at The Barnyard (Tuesday) and the Del Monte Farmers Market (Sunday) have closed their stalls for the season, don’t fret! You can still enjoy the fall bounty at the Aptos Farmers Market at Cabrillo College (Saturday) and the Monterey Farmers Market at the Del Monte Shopping Center (Friday), which remain open year-round. Keep your pantry full of fresh, local produce no matter the season!
