This past season our farmers markets welcomed Chef Jody Lombardo, owner of Bay Living Culinary, who sells a variety of fresh and flavorful take-home comfort foods including pot pies, clam chowder, zesty turkey chili, bone broth, and simmer sauces. Additionally, Jody is taking special orders for Thanksgiving side dishes to make your family feast spectacular (and a whole lot easier!).

Make Your Thanksgiving Holiday A Breeze
Bay Living Culinary will have all the traditional Thanksgiving side dishes and Chef Kits to make your holiday extra special. Jody says, “You’ll actually have time to focus on your guests and enjoy the day!” You provide the turkey, and all the rest can be ordered and picked up at the Aptos Farmers Market on November 18 or at the SHEF Lounge at the Miramar in Watsonville on November 21 and 22.

Place your orders early since there is limited capacity for the number of orders that can be accepted. All orders MUST be received and pre-paid by November 11.

Thanksgiving Menu Items
Each item serves four, so plan accordingly. Items with ‘*’ require cooking and instructions are provided. All other items are ready to reheat or serve and instructions are provided.

  • Chef’s Herbed Basting Butter for Your Turkey, $12
  • Pan Roasted Turkey Gravy Kit, $20 *
  • Creamy Smashed Potatoes and Parsley, $28
  • Garnet Yams with Caramelized Onion, Pecans, and Parmesan, $28
  • Apple-Cranberry Stuffing, $28  *
  • French Beans and Almonds w/Shallot Butter Sauce, $28
  • Roasted Brussels & Bacon w/Balsamic Glaze, $26
  • Butternut Squash Bisque w/Pomegranate, $24
  • Fresh Spiced Cranberry Sauce, $12
  • Honey-Wheat Dinner Rolls, $12
  • Mini Pumpkin Pie Kit, $24  *

How to Place Your Order
Please place your order early to ensure you get what you need. Orders must be received and pre-paid by November 11.

You can place your order in person at the Aptos Farmers Market at Cabrillo College. Just stop by  Bay Living Culinary’s booth and speak directly to Jody.

Once your order is received, an invoice will be sent to you to pay online to secure your order.

Order Pick Up
On November 18, orders can be picked up from the Aptos Farmers Market at Cabrillo College during market hours (8 a.m. — 12 p.m.).

On November 21 and 22, orders can be picked up at SHEF Lounge at Miramar, 526 Main Street, Watsonville.
